How to treat hypertension properly
Hello! My name is Dr. Samuel Abdi. For 14 years now I have been working in the cardiac intensive care unit of the National Research Center for Preventive Medicine. Currently I hold the position of chief physician of the department.
Every day at work I become increasingly convinced that the overwhelming majority of people know absolutely nothing about their own body or their health. This prompted me to create this blog.
First, let's figure out how hypertension should not be treated and why.
Many of my incompetent colleagues recommend continously taking drugs that reduces blood pressure. In other words, all your life.
Perhaps I will disappoint many, but such pills do not treat hypertension. They relieve the symptoms and only work for as long as you take them. As soon as you stop, the pressure rises again.
Basically, you become a drug addict who lives from dose to dose. You take the pills and you feel good. You stop - withdrawal kicks in, and the pressure spikes even higher than before.
Here’s a fragment of the instructions of one extremely popular drug for temporarily lowering blood pressure.
Side effects on the part of the nervous system:
- very often - dizziness, weakness
- often - headaches, depression
- infrequently - insomnia, drowsiness, increased excitability
- rarely - confusion, insomnia.
- often - loss of consciousness, chest pains
- heart rhythm disturbances (tachycardia, atrial fibrillation)
- infrequently - myocardial infarction or strokes.
- often - bronchospasm
- rarely - infiltrates in the lungs.
- very often - nausea
- often - diarrhea, abdominal pain, flatulence
- infrequently - hepatitis, liver necrosis.
- decreased hemoglobin and platelet count
- inhibition of bone marrow hematopoiesis
- autoimmune diseases.
Nice little list? And bear in mind that I cut the original one in half.
You’re now probably asking yourself - well then how do you treat hypertension correctly?
When faced with a chronic increase in blood pressure, the vessels narrow, which means that in order to cure hypertension, it is necessary to return elasticity to the vessels. This is the main effect of Cardiline.
It also deals with another cause of hypertension - atherosclerosis. The active components of this drug literally break down cholesterol plaques and help to liquefy blood clots.
The effectiveness of Cardiline is clinically proven. And I have no doubt it actually works - I see proof of this every day by watching my patients get better.
With Cardiline hypertension goes away forever.
This drug, unfortunately, is very rare, and it is difficult to find it in pharmacies. But you can order it on the manufacturer’s website. I strongly advise all hypertensive patients to purchase Cardiline for before it is too late
